So, hello! First off the main purpose of this blog was to inform teenagers of the importance of condoms. I went over 3 main brands of condoms: Trojan, Durex, and Lifestyle out of the three they're all good condoms. Trojan has been the main brand and the most bought condom in 2013, but is this because of their pleasure packages? Durex and Lifestyle focus both on health and safety issues. Lifestyle comes out on top on safety, and also, they help teach more about sex ed and safety use. Trojan even though has been in the business for over 90 years and calling itself "Americas #1 Condom" does not really live up to it, instead of protection they focus on pleasuring the couples. Durex is a really good brand of condoms, but when it comes down to safety it lies just a bit lower then Lifestyle.

Condom here, once again!

Lifestyle!
Lifestyle condoms, are always criticized for being to thin, but they are probably the safest condoms in the market. Only having 22 varieties to choose from makes it a much easier choice. "Better condoms, better sex" is their slogan and has represented that since 1889. http://www.lifestyles.com/
Picture a few different pictures
Lifestyle focuses on safety and health issues very serious. Their main condoms are latex, but also, carry non-latex, and lubricated. So, if you are allergic to latex you can easily just get the non-latex condoms.
Besides the condoms, Lifestyle also carries sex ed packages to help first timers be safe and know the importance of using a condom.
Durex!
Durex condoms have been in the business for over 80 years now, they have focused in both activities in the bedroom and out of it. Their slogan is "love sex, Durex" which they do exactly that, Durex safety and pleasure in their condoms makes you love sex. They focus strongly on safety more then pleasure.
Each single Durex condoms needs to go through 3 different tests to be able to go to sale on the market. After going through this 3 test they are ready to be sold, but if one single condom does not pass each test then the whole batch is thrown out of up too 432,000 condoms.

2.Water leak
3. Inflation

Trojan!
Trojan was the first out of the 3 brands I researched. It has been known as "Americas' #1 Condom". The first thing that caught my eye was the number of varieties they offer - over 30. Also, it seems that Trojan focuses more on pleasure than safety. Trojan has over 90 years in the market and for many decades they have focused on being the safest, but recently, they have been focusing their attention on increasing the pleasure of women.
Trojan has over 30 different condom varieties for men, from different sizes, and textures to even flavored! For example their sizes are small, regular, large, and extra large. Textures were added to condoms to increase the pleasure for the women. flavors, yes condoms come in many different flavors, who likes the taste/smell of latex? So they came up with different flavors, these flavors consists from anything such as cherry, banana to even banana split! The different sizes, textures and flavors can be found at trojancondoms.com, they are really helpful when coming to which condom is perfect for you or your partner.
Unlike other brands Trojan sticks to the common sizes, but some of their condoms are shaped differently so you must take this into thought when purchasing a Trojan condom. Size and shape is a really important factor in making sure that the condom is appropriate for you. If you get a condom to big it might slip off and if the condom is to small it can cut the blood flow in your penis. So, in order for the condom to work correctly you must get the right size and shape that corresponds to you or your partner.
Pleasure, Trojan has mainly focused on pleasure on their recent condoms. For example, their Fire & Ice condoms which give a warm sensation then a very cold one. Then there is Her Pleasure to enhance the pleasure for women. The pleasure condoms are just an extra they are not safer against STD nor pregnancy they just enhance pleasure, which is great for couple that enjoy having fun in their sexual activities. Flavored condoms can also be listed as "pleasuring". This condoms for pleasure tend to be higher in price, but sell just as well as regular ones.

Hello, condom here!
![]() |
I choose to write about this product because, first off it's significant to me and almost all teenagers and adults. Even though many people are against condoms due to their religious beliefs I believe they should still know about the safety. Condoms are not only used to prevent pregnancy, but also to prevent from getting sexually transmitted diseases. (STD) Secondly, my mother had me while in high school at 15 years of age, so this causes me to take condoms serious. My mother was not expecting to be a mom at a young age, it just happened to be that her and my father did not use protection. My parents were not ready to have a baby they were barely growing up themselves.
Besides the fact that you can get pregnant you can also get an STD from sex. You or your partner might not even know you have an STD until getting checked, you can easily get checked for STD at your regular city clinic. Getting checked for STD is important if you're sexually active, taking in play that some STD can cause death and or serious health issues.
A condom is a way to prevent this from happening, so if you can be safe by simply wrapping up, why not wrap up? A 2% chance is better than a 100% chance, right? So here is my blog to help out mainly young teens from ages as young as 13-14 years of age to 18-20 years of age, in learning which condoms are the safest for them.
